Yeah, Brian Wilson was pretty special... you might want to start at a slightly lower level, if you're kinda new to singing. That is to say, he was pretty damn good. And yes, he uses falsetto a fair bit in that song.

on a related note--- another singer i really admire.... the verses of the song are falsetto right? but what about the end? it sounds his vocal chords are literally shredding
