Ok looking for a guitar that is going to be REALLY hard to find unless I have it custom made or make it myself. I am looking for a 7 string. However I love the look of the hollow body with the F holes. Want a whammy bar on it also. I know it is a very tall order outta a guitar. I am debating making it myself if I can't find one. I love wood workng and such but don't know how hard that'll be. Would I buy peices for and put it together? Or what? I want it to be a GOOD guitar I want it to be the only electric I will ever need. The electric I have now is a Ibanez Gio and I can't stand it. I play it but doesn't have ANYTHING I want it to. If anyone has any advice on my dream guitar just let me know. Thanks.

Some of the guitars I am looking at are

http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/electric_guitars/ibanez/jtk4_jet_king/index.html I like the retro style on this one. Especially the red and white coloring.

http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/electric_guitars/ibanez/grx720/index.html Like that it is a 7 string. It looks a lot like my GIO which I am trying to find a better electric than that one.

http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/electric_guitars/gretsch/g5135_corvette/index.html Love the coloring on it. Whammy bar is pretty amazing. Just fell in love with this one from first site.

http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/electric_guitars/ibanez/ag95/index.html This one just looked beautiful from the coloring to the 2 f holes.

the af207 is probably the only 7 string jazz/hollowbody around, unless you get something custom. a PGM 7 string would be cool, lol.

Yeah the more I think about it I am probably going to have to make it custom. I am good at woodworking but where would I go to buy guitar parts and such to do that? Would I be buying everything seperately and putting it together myself or what? I want it to be perfect too but I don't wanta have to pay a TONS of money by having someone else make it.
