Evening Pit, I have a question for you, I'm looking for some songs that just give you that automatic adrenaline rush when you listen to them. You know the kind of thing I mean, like in "Given Up" by Linkin Park, or "Down from the Sky" by Trivium. The crushing breakdowns that make you feel like the ground is falling to pieces.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a breakdown in a song, it can be a whole track that you suggest. I'm just on the lookout for these kind of things, cos frankly, I'm tired of listening to just Trivium, Linkin Park and the end of "Heartless" by A Day To Remember.

Most Meshuggah really gets me pumped up, if I'm having a bad day or need some just BLARGH SUPER HEAVY METAL YEAH! music, I slap on some Meshuggah.

Bleed, Pravus, and New Millenium Cyanide Christ does it for me.

I agree with Down From The Sky for Trivium. Another for them for me is Shogun, after the quiet clean part, when the ripping solo breaks in. That does it for me.

Dark Horse - Converge

Most songs by them actually.

I have no clue what you're talking about TS...

I don't think I've ever had adrenaline as a result of listening to a song....

Michael Woods - Solex (Close to the Edge) [Dogzilla vs. Michael Woods Remix] gets me moving after the first breakdown every single time. But it's a bit of a different sort of breakdown... Is that what you're talking about by adrenaline?

Look at your guitar. Is it small, stripy, and honey-producing? If so, you might have gotten it mixed up with a bee.
