I didn't want to jack someone elses thread so I'm just gonna ask. What components should I replace in my TS-9 to get more clarity out of it. When I turn it on it sounds like there's just a little bit of mud on it. I'd also benefit from a little more low end from it.

Anyone?

When you say there's a little bit of mud, I think "isn't that the whole point of an over-drive". To just add a little bit of "umph" to it? I have my Ts9dx set up on a good setting where I don't get just a wash of sound and there's still clarity with power behind it. What kind of guitar are you using? I make sure the tone is pretty bright on my guitar. For my amp the treble and bass are up and I scoop the mids so it helps it not sound so muddy.
