I have a Schecter Hellraiser C-1. Which is a six string, and I want to know what a good gauge string for this tuning would be so if you might know just tell me.

PS: Don't try to tell me I need a 7 string guitar because I know for a fact that's not true and there's bands like Within the Ruins that do it too so I know it can be done.

go for something like .12's or .13's. and try to get ernie ball strings. they have a type where there are extra heavy top strings made for drop tuning.

I second the 12's. Or Ernie ball skinny top heavy bottom. Using 13's would make the high strings too tight to do any big bends with, imo.

What? No, if he tried to use those they'd be flopping around like crazy, trust me.
Just buy a pack of 7-strings and put it on there
