I managed to get the bridge pins out with pliers(they were really hard.) but as I increase the tension on the low E string the pin starts to come out? what can I do?

Instead of pliers pry them out with two spoons. Or just get a string winder tool, they are like $5.

The tension thing happens on my guitar too though, I'm not sure how to fix it. It stays in but it's like a bit out and scares me O.o
