Well Craig has informed me that my cab has shipped from http://www.miyakodesigns.com/ and soon will be housing my built, tested, and ready to go circuit board! After she's all put together with speaker and final touches and I am sure another re-test,I love how much time and effort he puts into his product best customer service to date, it will be ready to ship!

I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

Uh oh, can't have a thread like this without gut shots!

I was just explaining to my sister about how nerdy some of you all are. Seriously, she couldn't stop laughing. After explaining how some people actually look at a circuit board and go "wow, that's sexy" - and mean it - she was in hysterics.

She finds you all very very cute and endearing ... but ****ing nerds of the highest degree.

Anyway, looks sexy as!

Yeah... but surely you should be able to see where the tubes are supposed to go.

It looks to me that they are chassis mounted on the opposite side of the faceplate facing toward you instead of down.

Ahhh, tubes....I knew I forgot something!

Just kidding, as you'll see in the pic below, this amp is a combo with upward facing controls. The tubes are mounted on the opposite end of the control panel. So as 311 stated, in the OP pic you can't see the sockets.

Thanks Jak. I put a lot of time into the layout design and a lot of time into the builds themselves. Glad you like it!

br00tz -> 47 preamp tubes

non-br00tz -> don't bother

46 gain stages must be br00tz

Anyway, the inside of that amp is incredibly sexy.

Me: can I think about it some times, man it's a though decision

Nah, that'd be 92 gain stages. 2 in each twin triode. Not quite as br00t4l as 100.
