So I received a USB mic as a gift, but when recording with it theres a tiny bit of latency thats really getting annoying. I've had the same problem with other mics in the past as well. Basically, I want to get an interface to cut out the whole pre-amp to pre-amp latency problem found in USB mics. Im on a bit of a budget, so I was considering either:

or

does anyone know if a USB interface will have the same latency problems as a USB microphone does?
if not, which is the best choice for a solid yet affordably priced interface?
