Well, I've got myself a Zoom HD16 recorder now, but I have no idea how to plug this thing in to my computer, what cables do I need to do so and is ther anything else I should know about it?

Any help would be appreciated,

Cheers.

All you need is mics and XLR cables or run your guitar direct to any instrument input it may have, (if any).

The HD16 is a stand alone multi-track recorder so you don't really need to run it with a computer.

- plug in mics or instruments
- plug in studio monitors into the control room outputs
- monitor from some headphones when recording

and you're set to go. Just read over the manual available online.
