Does a p90 pickup fit in the humbucker casings for pickups? is there anyway to get a gibson p90 in a guitar that doesn't originally come with them? or do you have to get a new guitar or compromise and get a different version

Dude, i dropped a full-size P-90 into my Strat. My SSS Strat.

short answer is no, long answer is that just about every self respecting pickup manufacturer makes a humbucker-sized p90 and most people could never tell the difference between one and a regular p90
