****ing incredible semi local band here, total cryptic, suffocating and occult Death Metal that can be found as somewhere in between Portal and Incantation.Absolutely out of this world, their just a two peice and they pull it off wonderfully.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWgVHPepWhM

Pretty damn good.

Remind me of Portal with the atmospheric guitars and the very low growls.
and I don't care if I live or die,
because I ain't ever going to no other side,
there ain't no heaven and there ain't no hell,
but I am a sinner so it's all just as well

If anyone gets a chance to catch them live in the future, do so. The atmosphere live is more emmence then anything i've seen minus Portal.

These don't sound like very good ambitions when driving...Judas Priest makes people want to go 200 mph, and Realm of Chaos is now an album for ramming shit. You are dangerous, dangerous people.

You know of any sites where they post their show dates? Do they do a lot in Edmonton?
#24
Um not a ton,but a fair ammount. My band has played with them twice in the last 6 months. You can usually find postings on albertametal.net for shows.

Profound Lore got the cd copies in early for what ever reason i believe. I'm waiting for the vinyl to come out on NWN personally. I put in in the right order and started from the beginning, the songs i already listened too are amazing second time around, "Luminous Harvest" has some incredible vocals.

Through the Cervix of Hawaah has been absolutely annihilating me recently. Astounding record, unbelievably dark and twisted, ritualistic, yet strangely poetic and sometimes even beautiful, dare I say. The sense of melody that the guitars possess, among many other facets of this album, really fascinates me.

Somehow unsurprising, Cervix of Hawaah was devastating. I expect nothing but sheer quality from this act. Not yet been disappointed, but maybe that's because I know what to expect.
#37
hey, if you expect something of a high level and you get it every time, there's nothing wrong with that.

absolutely fantastic band

Heard the incomplete tape rip of the new album a few days ago; savage, murky and twisted. The artwork for the LP looks killer as well. So far this band has not disappointed

I couldn't agree more. I've liked everything they've put out so far, so therein lies the question, what's the favourite?

Can't say I prefer one over the other most of the time, but Watcher's Reign is making my day. The vocals are just so absolutely dense, both brainless and thick, like a 50 meter-high collosal demon destroying the Earth.
