So i recently picked my old strat and i noticed that in the High E string at the 17 fret the note it just doesn´t ring... but the 16 and 18 and nice!

I was looking and i found it maybe help to adjust the thuss rod, no? yes?

Please help out a guitarrist man =)

This. If it's an old American strat I wouldn't do it myself with a hammer.

Take it to a guitar shop to get the truss rod fixed. If you do it yourself even making the slightest little error will wreck your guitar.
