I can output my Kustom Dual 30rc into my Vox Pathfinder 15r and vice versa, right? Both have 8ohm speakers and both owners manuals say that's the kind of speaker you need to avoid blowing it out. Are there any problems that may arise from this?

you don't want to go into the inputs of the amps.

do those amps have outs for external speaker?

you would need to mod the amp you are using as a "cab" so it can accept a 1/4 jack directly to the speaker. not through the amp.

They both have outs for external speakers.

So then my next question is where can I find info on building my own cab?

just put a 1/4 adapter and connect it to the speaker you want to use as a cab. use a speaker cable to connect the amp you are plugging the guitar into from the external speaker jack to the jack you attached to the speaker on the other amp.

or make a thread in guitar building and customizing.
