when ever i go to tap a lick like tap pull off pinky then first finger hammer on with firls and then hammer with pinky again my first to notes ruin the whole thing cuz i dont have enough strenght do u guys have any excercises to help build up the strength

I'd say you need to practice some excersizes from this column to help with your hammer ons and pull offs. Generally that's the problem.

Go to the Legato section for the hammer on and pull off excersizes.

Work on your legato technique. You can do that by playing the same pattern across all the strings or by playing scales using only hammer-ons and pull-offs. Doing that with wide stretches also helps strengthen your fingers.
