I've loved the Gibson J200 (acoustic / electric) for a while now and would love to get one. However, they're really expensive so I started looking at the Epiphone EJ200ce instead. Has anyone tried both guitars? How do they measure up? And also, how much harder is it to play the jumbo style?
Thanks

I played the actual Elvis signature EJ200... It's a nice guitar. Very C-shaped neck. If you're over 5'7" it'll be just fine for you

I've got the EJ200. It was my first acoustic guitar, got it as a gift. It's nice, but I'm not a fan of it's size. However, it's well made and durable, and it projects further than a similar parlor-sized guitar.

But on another note, shouldn't this be in the Acoustic Guitar section?

@WaltTheWerewolf - Thanks for the info!

@r0ckth3d34n - Thanks! Except I'm REALLY short, like a lot less than 5'7 So that's why I'm not sure if the size is ok. (I'll definatly have to actually try it at some point)

@kangaxxter - I wasn't really sure where to put this as the 200ce is an acoustic / electric, so I just put it wherever. Sorry if it wasn't the right spot
