oh. well, thanks anyways. for somebody who does know what it means... does the "hard" "medium" or "soft" ratings on power tubes refer to the point of tube breakup, or how hard they had they can be pushed without distorting?

Could be describing the texture of the distortion. Like, some amps have a smooth, mellow or soft breakup, while others are more raw and aggressive.

They also carry the filter caps my amp needs, which is handy.
