Not bad, work on your timing a bit, and to make it more interesting, practice those pinch harmonics like Richie does!

TY I hate doing pinch harmonics on low strings , 'cause it's quite hard for me ;D Anyone know exercises for creating a good low string pinch harmonics ?

Your tuning drops. But I suspect that it is a result of the trem system on your guitar, so its understandable. You're timing's off, but it varies between on and a little behind, which is alright. Bassists have a similar problem at times. Just remember that your pick, then the sound comes. Other than that, its pretty good. Put some chorus on the guitar, swap out your strings for pure steels, and you'll have the *exact* tone. But you've done a good job.
