Hi everyone! I own an acoustic guitar, and I notice alot of sweat buildup under the strings. Normally, it doesn't get this bad, as I clean after I play. However, last night I was playing an awesome set, and I just put away my guitar and fell asleep, too tired to clean it. Since there is alot of sweat, my method of cleaing that I normally used doesn't work as well (cloth under the strings, slide around). Is it safe to use compressed air to clean underneath the strings, and the fretboard?
its compressed air unless its an unholy amount of compression i doubt it would do any damage
Planet Waves string cleaner will do the trick.
