Hey,
i want to add some cosmetic LEDs to the front panel of my 5150. i removed the wood and just have the grill so light cab shine though. can i just wire the extra LEDs to the standby LED so when i flip the switch the lights turn on?

you can, i dont see them drawing anything high enough to drain/deprive the rest of the circuit from power. go ahead mate. just dont electrocute your self due to laziness. never be careless!

hah thanks for the safety note. but i would do a clean job. i would probably remove the standby LED from the board and run that in series with the extra LEDs.
