I was looking into buying a Vypyr amplifier but I am not sure which is a better one to get. I know that the v30 has the louder sound and stompbox effects which the v15 doesnt have but are they worth the extra 100 dollars?

the 30 also comes with compatability with the sanpera pedals, so yes it's worth the extra money

Yeah you get USB recording and shite on the 30.

There is no USB recording on the 30.

You can change effects on the amp with it plus it also has a wah, pitch shifter and looper.

if you're just looking at the vypyr as a practice amp and nothing more, get the 15w.

Must keep application in mind.

I think the 75W model was the only one that had a recording out put on it. Id say go with the 30W. I had to make the same decision but found a 75W real cheap. The stomboxes are very useful and your going to want a foot switch sooner or later which isnt possible with the 15W.

Definitely go with the 30W. The extra effects and the Sanpera compatibility makes it easily worth the $100. You may not be interested in the Sanpera pedal now, but you most likely will be interested in picking it up later on and you'll at least need the 30W to do so . . .

The 30W it's much better than the 15W. Trust me i have one for my practice amp does every well though it's not as good as my Vetta II though.

30w, It might even be able to be used with a drummer etc

Def worth it.

15ws are good, but they're not... great
