I have a Jackson with a Lo Pro Floyd Rose on it. What's the difference between that one and a standard Floyd Rose? Also, how do you tune it? I've just been loosening the locking nuts and tuning normally. Is that the right way to do it? Or do you have to use the fine tuning keys on the trem? Any help would be appreciated.

You tune it how you normally would, have the spring vs string tension set properly so the bridge sits level, then lock the nut, and use the fine tuners to finely tune each string to perfect pitch

It's recessed so it's lower in the body than a regular one, I believe. You'd go about setting it up the same way as a regular Floyd Rose.
