How can I use my laptop screen as a tv screen for my xbox 360?

As of right now I have an HDMI cable connected to the back of the xbox and then the other end connected to the HDMI port on my computer, but I have no idea how I might display the image on my laptop?

Help Please

The HDMI port on your laptop is for output only.

It's not necessarily practical to consider using your laptop screen for a TV.

generally HDMI ports on a laptop are HDMI out, so there's no way to do it.

i've tried and tried again through my desktop with HDMI cables, component cables etc etc with no luck. laptop's aren't much different.

You could take the screen off an plug that in. But then you don't have a screen, and probably a ruined laptop.

You need an HDMI to DMI or HDMI to VGA cable depending on the moniter. That's what I'm using for my PS3 at the moment.
