Is there any methods to recover deleted phone numbers? I googled but the only methods that came up were for phones with sim cards. Or do I just have to contact the service provider?
Impossible is just a word people say to make themselves feel better when they quit.

No, I don't think so, if you don't have a SIM card, or have something set up with your service provider that automatically backs up your contacts. I broke my old phone a couple months ago, and called verizon to ask them to get the contacts off of it, because I didn't have an SIM card, and they said they couldn't do it.

Sorry, man.

Most new ones do, but it depends on how old your phone is.

No it doesnt, even new phones like mine, the Sanyo pro-700 doesn't use them.

In the US it depends on your service provider. Yes all phones have a SIM card but all the carriers have removable ones except for Verizon
