Can I damage the mix table/speakers or that stuff ? I've never done it through the mic before so if anyone can help, please do.

And also what equipment do I need to have to do it on stage ?

im pretty sure you cant damage the speakers etc because of screaming

basically all you need is a mic and yourself.
Is bad ass one or two words?

How the hell do you damage the mic? Maybe a ribbon mic, or over a very long time a condenser, but not a dynamic.

Don't worry the mic will be fine.

Your vocal chords however...
And no, Guitar Hero will not help. Even on expert. Really.

you're only going to damage the speakers if you're turned up too loud in the mix. as for mic's don't sweat some cheapy dynamics. some mid and upper end condensors have sensitive electronics and don't need to be screamed directly into. but other than that you're fine.
