Hey,

I wrote this rock intro a few days ago, and I just wondered what people thought of it?

Is it unoriginal?
Is it too repetitive?
What can I do to make it better?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I enjoyed that a lot, to be honest. It got my head bobbing, sounds like a Pantera riff and groove, to be honest. Which is a good thing.

Not too repetitive, it builds up very well.
Sounds like a Pantera riff and groove, but it still sounds good.
The only thing you could do to make this better is to have the song pick up the pace after the 24th bar.

The riff gets an easy 3.75/5 (Good)

No problem.

And I was thinking a bit, and I thought that maybe you could have a verse riff something like this...?

Though obviously you should come up with something on your own. :P

I'm confused.

Mine only goes up to bar 24 and then stops

BUT

I really like it, and as Dragthewaters11 said, It made me bop my head. Dammit! Your song made me look like a fool! I love how it built up right from bar 1, and then all the instruments sort of joined in and it sounded sweet. Me like muchly. (Obviously needs expanding though)!
