Ok so I'm looking for a delay pedal that can also do basic loops.

In terms of loops what I'm looking for is something somewhat basic, I'd like to record a chord progression and maybe add some bongos on top of that and then use that to solo over, as well as use it to help write music.

It would be a big plus if this could connect to a USB to get it on the computer.

And if the delay pedal has reverb on it as well that would be sweet although not totally necessary.

If the delay pedal had both analog and digital like the Nova one that would be cool, the Nova one says it comes with like 9 presets or something, does that mean you can create loops on it? I tried looking it up but there's not too much info on it.

EDIT: Does anyone know if this pedal can loop or is pretty good/reliable??

Your best bet will probably be the Digitech Hardwire Delay/Looper. Unless you want to spend quite a bit more money...
I have a huge fear if rays.
It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I really like the DL4 (line 6). Digital? yeah, but awesome

What is your budget? If you have $450 to blow(read: buy the worlds greatest pedal), then check out the Empress Vintage Modified Superdelay. It loops, delays, emulates tape delays, and self-oscillates.
