It seems like theres a ton of boutique brands out of there that I have never heard of, which is hindering pedal acquisition.

What are some of your favorite small companies?

Mine:

Catalinbread
Malekko
Fulltone
Analogman
Stomp Under Foot
Red Witch
Lovepedal
Cmatmods
Diamond
Home Brew Electronics
Barber
Empress
Mad Professor

Edit:
I cannot believe I screwed up the title spelling. I always give people crap for that

I don't know- am I favorite booteek effects brands?

On a serious note, I like the crazy Devi Ever stuff with joysticks and such and I'm a fan of Malekko and Dr Scientist. I don't use any boutique stuff in case I desperately need to replace something on the road, which happens a lot when my stuff gets broken/lost/stolen.
