When play an open 4th string I get this rattle coming from the headstock area. I put my ear on my guitar and it looks like it's coming from my 4th string tuning head, possibly inside it. How do I fix this? I tightened the screws a little bit because that worked on my acoustic when I had the same problem, but that didn't work this time.
Can someone help me?

You may need to tighten the hex nut around the tuning post. I would remove the string for this so you can use a socket and avoid slipping off the nut and damaging the headstock.
