I really like gold hardware on a guitar but sometimes you can go just too far...

i actually like it as a guitar, the only thing off putting to me is the pickups, i don`t feel that there`s any need for 4.

so go on express your opinions on a solid gold top with a tag of $1000000

Normal H-H and no f-holes and it would be cool.

Serial.# 001 shown on this website is currently the only gold guitar in existence and is being offered for $1,000,000

If a $3000 guitar is considered high-end then this guitar's range sure went through the ozone layer.

it better be the best sounding guitar ever id probably like it better without that f holes and regular h-h or maybe h-s-h
they could have at least made the frets gold too
and made it come with gold strings while they were at it

Gold is a soft metal... gold frets wouldn't last very long.

Shiny. That is all

Every time you played it your arm would leave the most obvious mark on the body

I think it's pretty ugly though

Hmmm I wonder what gold would sound like?

I bet it sounds mediocre.
It would sound very, very bright with phenominal articulation and sustain. You would never want to use your gain knob with it though.

Although this clearly is not a guitar that is meant to be played.

You can get gold-coloured fretwire at least though, which is regular fretwire with just enough brass in it to shade it gold-ish. It would look better than the regular fretwire they've used.
Yes, I know everything. No, I can't play worth a damn.

What a complete ****ing waste.

It's not like gold is abundant anymore. I mean our dollars aren't even worth anything anymore.

And there is nothing worse than a guitar that is not meant to be played.

And it's ugly. "Gold" finish looks much better than real gold.

Gibson Les Paul Supreme wins. It has gold frets, gold pickups, gold toggle switch, gold hardware, gold truss rod cover and gold strap knobs.

So this post =

+1 billion. I might sig myself.

But in all seriousness...I wouldn't buy that even if I had the money for it.
