Has anybody ever tried one of these? It seems to have everything I'm looking for:

good cleans
takes pedals well
enough power to gig
light weight/portable
can be ran through a cab
has inputs for headphones

Right now i have a Vypyr 15, so I would think this would be a good upgrade (along with a decent cab and distortion pedal).

wait the 200 is a typo right?

yep 200 w

I've played it.

it is a bit one dimensional and 'thin' (bad word to use) but otherwise I was quite impressed and it had some nice features.

You wouldn't have to add much money to pick up a decent used amp. Save a few extra dollars and buy a real amp instead of a toy box full of sand.

The Lunchbox IS a pretty decent amp.

It can sound pretty decent with an OD on top of it for some coloring.

Dude. George Strait plays country music. Therefore anything he does is automatically considered straight. His name is even straight. You don't get any straighter. This mo fo be straighter than those Straight Edge punks. Straight. Straigt. Strait. Strait Music. Texas. Win. Penis. Shit. Cat's outta da bag. To the Batmobile!

do you really need one? i thought it was a combo
Gibson Grand Concert Acoustic
roland AC90

I mean this one time I was jacking it pertty hard and was making noises and what not

You, my friend, are a genius!

no. absolutely not. not without a cab.

my rule of thumb, a guitarist need at lest 1 - 12 inch speaker to step foot on stage (or a lot of smaller ones....or more 12s).

a 6.5 is limiting to practice use only. you just cant push the sound right, or get the right type of bass response out of it. your going to sound thin and pansy *ss with a 6.5 inch speaker.

if you buy that, you will need a cab to gig.....if you want to actually sound good.
