Well here is the story.. 3 years ago Age(16) I was playing guitar every day and slowly stopped playing about 1 year to 1 and a half years ago and I have forgotten almost everything. I can hold the guitar and pick and I can read tabs but I just don't know what to do. I have been playing for about 2 weeks and my fingers arent burning any more all I am doing is Chromatics and Scales.

Is there anyone who can give me a specific practice Regimen for daily practice or at least some tips on what TO look for like a list of what to do every day..

Any help would be thankful

Practice these seperately: -

Warm-ups/stretch (good ones on Joe petrucci's rock discipline)
Chords (lessons on ug)
Scales (start with Pentatonic minor)
Technique (again rock discipine is good)
Writing/ compo
Improvisation (using the scales)

Just get to know the basics of these and youll be on your way, maybe learn a bit of theory as you wish

I think before any specific routines could be recommended we would need to know what your aims and ambitions are.

It's all very well practising this technique or that lick but if it don't match your goals then it ain't no use to you

I like the blues and stuff like black sabbath.
