I have a Line 6 Spider III 15 Watt amp, there's a hole that says "Phones/Recording Out" and I don't know what kind of cable or device I need so I can record through that amp, does anyone here know?

ur gonna need a 1/4" to 1/8" plug. the bigger plug goes into the amp and the smaller goes into ur computers mic input

you could run the balanced output to the line in or mic in on the computer you have but overall, it's made to be run into a line input of an audio interface which will give ya the best sound quality in the end.

Look at the M-Audio Fast Track MKII.

I'm amazed that there haven't been any 'EEW, SPIDER!' comments yet, but yeah. Plug that bad-boy into an interface, and also consider miking the room you have the amp set up in, Especially if its got a nice, ambient sound like with hard-wood floors and walls. That's gonna bring the amplifier to LIFE, man.
