So I live in a humid country, and my metal parts are rusting fast.

Today, I just realised one screw attached to the pickguard and one screw controlling bridge pickup height have rusted so badly that they cant be turned at all. Anything I can do to remove them?

if its big enough, get some long nosed pliers and use them instead of a screwdriver if the head has been threaded.

Have you tried a few drops of penetrating oil on the screw? That should help remove it.
