Just got my first "propper" amp and chose the Vox due to recommendations off here and I'd like to thank you all for changing my mind from the Line 6 Spider to the Vox!

The tone is stunning and after an hour or so playing with the preset channels I'm amazed by the effects on there. Can't wait for tomorrow whern I have the house to my self and I can crank it up!

The only downside is you need a degree in astro physics to work the thing?

One day those Spiders might be discontinued...
Glad you're happy with that amp though, complex amps can take a while to get used to, try checking out some settings threads or a VT30 thread (if there is one).

And Astrophysics isn't that difficult

Yeah, they’re a real PITA to use. You really have to just nail down presets and get a footswitch to shift through them because trying to tweak on the fly is too time consuming.
