This should be in the electric guitar forum.

But my guess is that they sounded bloody terrible and looked bloody terrible aswell.

Like Robb Flynn's?
Good lord, you'd be hella lucky to find one on ebay, and if you do, for less than $800.
They are a pretty rare line of acrylics, and you'd have more luck going to a specialist, or emailing BC Rich themselves.

I'm pretty sure they're still in production, but you just need to find them. eBay is your friend for everything acrylic guitar related.

I thought there was a website for a company called Galveston guitars, but apparently they're making a new one. They make acrylic guitars, and are on eBay. I can't think of any other companies, and I'm pretty sure there's one or two more that I just can't think of right now.

EDIT: You can also check Amazon.com (they sell Galveston guitars), and search for a used B.C. Rich Ice series Warlock.

Look around online and you should be able to find an acrylic guitar. As for a B.C. Rich specifically, you will most likely have to buy online. I couldn't tell you what they sound like, but I've heard that they aren't all that bad.

i found a shop about a year ago that had two different acrylic models, so of course i HAD to play them both.

Tone was pretty good on one, it had been equipped with dimarzio breeds i believe. the other was decent, but i blame BC Rich's horrible pickups for that.

The body weighed a massive amount. as much or more than most les pauls ive played. an absolute cinderblock with a neck for sure.

the neck felt alright, a little too glossy for my tastes, and a slightly strange shape than im used to. i adjusted quickly.

so in the end, its all about finding a shop that's had them on the shelf for a few years. i know no one around here bought them
