Well, Basswood body guitars are the lightest I've played, but if you're that weak, look into a smaller scale guitar.
How many guitar players does it take to change a light bulb?

Twelve. One to change the bulb and eleven to say they could do it better.

In general: The SLS and RR models are all pretty light, even with a FR. The weight will very a little depending on the quality of the wood, but in general the Dinky/Soloist and Kellys will be heavier. In a lighter, less dense wood (like basswood) a guitar with a FR is going to way more than a guitar without.

My RR24M is really light. Don't know actual poundage, but it is lighter than my old RG350DX, which was basswood.

My DK2 is not particularly light. It's not exactly a brick but it is heavier than quite a few other guitars.
