How would you do an open d minor chord in drop d? I think i know but not sure.

same was as a regular d minor but now you can strum the thickest string

You don't strum the A or E string normally anyway so exactly the same. Or you could add the other too but I feel it would get muddy.

I often wish playing in E standard that I could get a darker muddier sounding d chord
