There were some nights a few years ago i'd write poetry and wake up and not really remember writing it. This is one of them. Tell me what you think. I know it's sort of dark.

I will not allow your crying to be the background music to this tragic display.
They feel now, to the inside of me, as acid to flesh.
Eating through me like starving piranhas.
Well, at least grant me my last wish.
String me from the floor
all the way to the ****ing rafters.
Gather 'round,
grab your bow,
and play a song on the world's ugliest violin.

Depressed poetry is the only kind of poetry. All other poetry is wrong. The piranha line and the last line are great. But some of the other parts are 'angsty' and 'teenaged' and not really too good. But I really like the piranha metaphor. And I can picture the world's ugliest violin and that makes me think you have a good imagination.
