Hi, i need a pedal to play kind of static-x, five finger death punch kind of stuff

I have a Wharfedale TCT100 head and and 4x12 cab, the clean sounds awesome, but the distortion is not really what my band needs so i need to find a good reliable pedal to boost it a bit .

best thing to do is to try loads of different ones, figure out the sound yourself.
I use a Electro harmonix Metal Muff with Top Boost. It does the job for and is pretty versatile, try it.

Digitech Hardwire Tl-2 I used one extensively for awhile. Pretty sweet.

Ibanez Tube king??
A Tube Screamer perhaps?
Something analog would sound better methinks.

The Barber Dirty Bomb gets a lot of recommendations around here. There's also the Tri-Rec but I can't remember who makes it.

u mean the Triple Wreck by Wampler? That's an awesome pedal but it's quite pricey at $270.

TS, get the Triple Wreck if u can. If u want something cheaper, a EHX metal muff or Digitech hardwire tl-2 is nice for the price. Also check out the blackstar ht-distx.
