so seing this link on the add on the top of ultimate guitar now for the last few weeks i clicked on it out of curiosity and was wondering if anyone has built this amp or messed with one it looks pretty cool to do but being a fun build doesnt mean it will be worth a F*** so I was just curiouse as to if this thing is worth 500 dollars and if its any good for good blues and classic rock tones (acdc, SRV, clapton, bb king) style stuff

We sell those kits. The MOD amp kit can be customized in many different ways(customization parts included,) so you can essentially make it sound however you want. It is not really meant as a "for fun" kit but more as a high quality amp that you put together yourself.

well i know their not designed as a for fun kit i just find building it myself fun is all i mean but like i asked am i able to get the bluesy and classic rock tones out of it??
