I'm not a huge jazz person, but a lot of the chord changes(and the leads with them) sounded more like classical than Jazz. I'm not super jazz educated, but thats what it sounded like to me.

EDIT: It might be that guitar two sounds like a piano, not a guitar.

The rhythm in the background and the rhythm in the lead were both incredibly boring. 8th notes all the way through, and 16th notes with scattered fourths. No variety!

The scalar runs and rhythm are more akin to classical than jazz and it would have a lot more impact with drums and bass.

Really not jazzy, let alone smooth jazz, but it is pleasant on its own.
