i am trying to figure out if it will actualy work with the neck can anyone provide some help?

It won't quite fit. The neck pocket on the Jackson body is a little wider and I'd be willing to bet has a slightly shallower rounded end so there will at least be a noticable gap around the neck (loose bolt-ons are the number one killer of sustain and tone) and additionally it may not intonate properly. It wouldn't be impossible to get the two to work together correctly but it would be quite a lot of work.
