If you had to re-learn guitar completely would you do it?

Would it be too frustrating knowing how good you used to be, or would you welcome a challenge? Would you be willing to put in that time all over again?

Anyway what are you thoughts on it?

I guess this can apply to any instrument.

I'd like to learn again but focus more on advanced techniques. It'd be good to know that I'm capable with practice.

Chris Broderick's series on Guitar World has inspired me to start over and learning his technique. Even down to using a thumbpick.

I dunno... I think I picked it up pretty fast the first time... Then again maybe I'd focus more on learning songs and stuff by ear and writing my own songs when I start out again.
