incase you cant see on the headstock it has a diamond with 60 in it and the serial number is

It was made in 2006 because of the 60th anniversary badge. Thats what i can tell you and i think all fenders made in 2006 had that badge because my friends mim had it as well.

It is made of wood, has 6 strings and 2 pickups, single coils to be exact.
It most likely has volume and tone controls as well as a 3-way toggle switch.
Chances are good that it comes with an input-jack.

The diamond represents the 60th Anniversary (1946 - 2006)

You're correct on everything, except that this particular model comes with an OUTPUT jack.
