Here's my old Kitty Hawk Junior. I miss it:

And a picture of an old Kitty Hawk Standard:

I'd like a Standard myself, but I don't have 2000€ lying around to buy one.

Weren't the Kitty Hawk Standards built by Dumble?

Nah, they were made buy the guys who were the importors for Dumble and Mesa amps in the '80s (I forget whether they handled the entire European market or just Germany).

They did copy the circuits of various Mesa and Dumble amps though. The Standard is pretty close to a Dumble, but I can't tell how close exactly.
The guys who own these hang onto them and they're rare anyway... I don't think I'll get my hands on one anytime soon.

With all due respect, what's with all the Bugera hate? They may not be the greatest amps, but why does everyone seem to absolutely abhor them? Did Uli Behringer steal your lunch money at school or something?

And so as not to spam, here's a Magnatone

because this thread was meant for vintage off-brand stuff like Valco, Ampeg, Supro, etc. from the 50's and 60's, not new mass produced crap that sounds like farting geese.

The next mention of Bugera in this thread is going to be pulled and the user banned. I am sick of Bugera flamewars popping up in every thread, especially when it's unrelated.

What kind of guitar is that Quailman? Looks pretty br00tl for such a vintage guitar.

^It's a Dynacord Cora I believe. They're not made anymore, but other companies do similar guitars. Duesenberg recently released a model like that.

I've had little respect for the brand since long before AM came along.
Edited for Colin's wishes.

Loosen the hair on that bow. You're gonna warp it or break the tip off if you keep it like that.
