bend the note at the 5th fret so it sounds like the note at the 7th fret, then release the bend back down to the origional note.

One time I sneezed and pooped in my pants at someones house. It fell down my pantleg onto the floor. I blamed it on the dog. They believed me

exactly the same as the other one, except once you have released the bend back to its origional note, pull off to the shown note. so in this case, bend the note on the 2nd fret to sound like the note at the 4th, then release the bend back to the origional note, then pull off to the open string, all in one pick of the string.
