I'm looking in replacing my guitar amp tubes, but since I'm not experienced in after-market tubes (no experience at all) I thought I'd talk to the experts. I'm looking for a great lead tone, more than decent cleans, and a tight low end. I should also mention that my amp is a Line 6 Valve.

Send an email to Doug at www.dougstubes.com , or look up people who have Spider Valves and have changed their tubes.

Apparently SVs sound really good when you run the master volume high, and keep the channel volumes relatively low.
