Hi guys,

I've recently been learning "Scarified" by Paul Gilbert, and i've noticed sometimes whilst i'm playing or after i've finished my session, my left wrist gets a dull ache. I play with almost no tension (I'm fairly certain) so i'm scared.

It's Winter here and it's freezing, could this be part of the problem?

Thanks for the advice!

My ideal woman would be a grossly overweight woman who would happy go jogging, come home all sweaty and let me put my dick under her armpit while she shuffles a pack of cards.

Stay classy, pit.

Wear wrist warmers while playing, and clean your hands and wrists in hot water before playing, that helps me a bit durring the winter since it's fairly cold in my house. Though I can't imagine Australian winters being as bad as in Sweden. If you start feeling pain in your wrist while playing, stop, if it only comes after you're done playing, play less shred I guess.
