I'm sorry guys i know you get about 1000 of these every day but I need a new amp...

okay if your still here, i play Alt. Rock / Punk / Folk, with a bit of surf, blues and jazz thrown in so I'm looking for a versatile amp that is loud enough for gigging (doesn't need to be that loud really, were only gonna be playing small venues) and i want an amp that i can set the EQ for the Clean and the gain channels (I've heard on some amps they don't have any EQ knobs for the cleans ...) it needs to be around the £500 mark any help is appreciated
I'm like a black Dr. Who, Except I'm white

I only watch porn with names that are puns or have alliteration in the title...

How about you do some research, and make yourself a list of possible amps, and then ask for our opinion? At the end of the day, we can't make the decision for you. It's up to you.
Marshall amplifiers are the truest purveyors of rock and roll known to man.

"And give a man an amplifier and a synthesizer, and he doesn't become whoever, you know. He doesn't become us."

Holy crap, check this out!

Maybe he doesn't know that much about different amps and wants to ask people who are experienced in that field? Ever thought of that? Douche.
