I can't seem to figure out if Adam Clayton uses a pick on the song, it sounds like it during the verse but during the chorus, it almost goes off as he isn't using a pick at all, but just his fingers?

Can someone help me out?

The song is called Vertigo on the album How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb by U2

Thanks for looking!

When backstage and talkin to the ladies i always go with the ¨Mines is bigger than theirs¨ argument as me bro holds hes guitar and i take out my bass... It works wonders @,@

He might have used a pick for one part in the studio then fingers for another.

I'm pretty sure he uses a pick most of the time, but regardless of what he does, do what you feel is comfortable.

I used to play exclusive fingerstyle in a pop-punk band, doing Blink 182 covers etc, just with cranked treble and played near the bridge to imitate the sound.
